Villa Cayanie is a private hillside villa concept in Maenam, Koh Samui, designed to take advantage of the sloping site, elevated views, and surrounding tropical landscape. The architecture uses clean horizontal massing, large glass openings, deep terraces, and a dramatic pool deck to create a strong indoor-outdoor living experience.
The design approach focuses on privacy, view orientation, natural daylight, tropical ventilation, and practical hillside planning. Multiple building levels are arranged along the slope, with outdoor stairs, landscaped retaining walls, timber decks, and an infinity pool connecting the villa to the surrounding greenery and sea-view atmosphere.
