How long until you reply? +
Within two business days for email · within hours on LINE / WhatsApp / phone during studio
hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00).
Do I need to have land before contacting? +
No — we often help clients evaluate plots before they buy. Just tell us roughly which area
you're considering (Bophut, Plai Laem, Maenam, Chaweng, etc.) and we can flag what's worth knowing.
Can we visit the studio? +
Yes — we love it when clients drop by. Mornings are best (10:00–12:00). Bring sketches, mood
boards, photos of villas you like — anything that helps us see how you live.
What's the minimum project size you take? +
Roughly ฿15M finished build, but we make exceptions for plots and clients we love. The honest
filter is fit, not budget — we work best with people who care about the same details we do.
