L3 Villa by Stay Samui is a completed private luxury villa located in Mae Nam, Koh Samui, Surat Thani. The project was developed as a tropical residential retreat that balances privacy, comfort, and open-plan island living.
Our scope covered architectural design, construction, and site supervision, with a focus on creating a villa that feels practical for real daily use while still delivering a premium holiday-home experience. The design combines clean modern lines, generous open spaces, natural light, and a strong connection between indoor living areas, outdoor terraces, garden spaces, and the private infinity pool.
The villa features spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, private bathrooms, outdoor leisure spaces, landscaped surroundings, and panoramic views over the Mae Nam hillside. Every key space was planned to support family stays, group gatherings, relaxation, and long-term comfort.
The construction approach focused on buildability, site conditions, tropical climate response, material durability, and practical coordination on site. The result is a completed private villa that combines modern tropical architecture with a warm resort-like atmosphere.
